Ophthalmology is the branch of veterinary medicine that specializes in the evaluation of function and disease of the eye, eyelids and its immediate surroundings. As veterinary medical care for your pet has dramatically expanded in recent years, so has our ability to examine, diagnose, and successfully treat many eye conditions.

Ophthalmology 24/7/365 Emergency Services
Our 24-hour, 7-days-a-week Emergency Service can readily admit urgent and emergency ophthalmic patients for immediate, after-hours evaluation, until the Ophthalmologist is able to evaluate the condition. Our emergency service also works closely with us to manage intensive medical and postoperative patients that can benefit from overnight and weekend care.

Service Dog Ophthalmologic Services

Coral Springs Animal Hospital Ophthalmology Service performs CERF examinations at no charge to active service dogs. We are proud to support the ACVO's National Service Dog Day each year, and to continue this work year round.
