Pet Owner  Responsibility

Your veterinarian can help, but you play the major role in preventive medicine for your pet by being a responsible pet owner. This involves providing proper nutrition, comfortable housing, love and attention and proper supervision to insure the physical and behavioral well-being of your pet.

We perform euthanasia only when it is humane and to terminate suffering. Please do not ask us to euthanize a pet that might be otherwise helped medically or surgically.

  Appointments

We know your time is important. We make every effort to stay on schedule. Occasionally, emergencies cause unavoidable delays.  A missed appointment is a loss to everyone. Please provide reasonable advance notice (24 hours) if you cannot keep your appointment.

Drop off early, pick up late

You are welcome to leave your pet with us before you go to work and pick up after work. Please call in advance to arrange for this service. There is a nominal fee for day hospitalization.
