Dog Boarding Daily Routine & Care

Dogs staying with us receive attentive daily care based on their needs and your instructions. Our dog boarding includes:

  • Three walks daily, with extra walks available

  • Feeding according to your instructions

  • The option to bring your dog’s favorite food or choose our Royal Canin Gastrointestinal Low Fat Diet

  • Medication administration when needed, with an additional charge that may apply

Cat Boarding Daily Routine & Care

Each cat has their own cozy and comfortable accommodation in our dedicated feline boarding ward, which includes spacious large and medium cage options. Cat boarding includes:

  • Individual accommodations for each feline guest

  • Daily care from our attentive Pet Care Attendants

  • Meals based on your cat's preferences and needs

  • Supervised enrichment time when appropriate

Pre-Boarding Checklist

To make your pet’s stay as smooth and safe as possible, please prepare the following before drop-off:

Dog Boarding Requirements

Dogs must have:

  • Current Rabies vaccine

  • Current Bordetella vaccine

  • Current Distemper/Parvo vaccine, also known as DHPP

  • Recent negative fecal test within 3 months

  • Proof of flea and tick prevention

  • Emergency contact information

Cat Boarding Requirements

Cats must have:

  • Current Rabies vaccine

  • Recent negative fecal test within 3 months

  • Emergency contact information

What to Bring:

Please bring:

  • Your pet’s food, pre-portioned and labeled with their name

  • Treats, clearly labeled with instructions

  • Medications in their prescribed container with labeled instructions

*Please do not bring bowls or rawhide chews.

*Raw food diets are not accepted.

Drop-Off Tips

A calm, prepared drop-off helps your pet settle in more comfortably. Before arrival, please:

  • Give your dog a chance to potty and exercise before check-in

  • Allow 10–15 minutes for check-in

  • Make sure all required vaccines and fecal results have been received before your scheduled drop-off time

  • Stay calm and positive, since pets often respond to your energy

*Please keep in mind that we do not administer vaccinations or conduct fecal testing during your pet’s stay, so these requirements must be completed in advance. Reach out to our team with any questions.
