Drop-Off Tips
A calm, prepared drop-off helps your pet settle in more comfortably. Before arrival, please:

Give your dog a chance to potty and exercise before check-in

Allow 10–15 minutes for check-in

Make sure all required vaccines and fecal results have been received before your scheduled drop-off time

Stay calm and positive, since pets often respond to your energy
